Therapy is different

Life gets messy. It’s easy to feel out of control from stress, sadness, or loss. You don’t have to go through it alone. I can help you better understand yourself and reach your full potential.

We can work together

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common emotions that we all experience. I will help you change your thinking in order to change how you feel, so you can become a happier and healthier you.

I work with clients of all genders identities and sexual orientations including lesbian, gay, bisexual, pansexual, transgender, non-binary, gender non-conforming. You can speak freely about any issues and concerns without fear of judgement or discrimination.

I support individuals and loved ones struggling with alcohol, drugs, or other addictive behaviors to develop a plan to achieve sobriety, to manage emotional and physical health, and to prevent further self-medication and relapse.

Many concerns may bring you to therapy including relationships, trauma, stress, grief, or career change. As an experienced psychotherapist and licensed mental health counselor, I can help you with these and any other issues that are troubling you. I work with individuals and couples from all backgrounds, cultures, sexual orientations, and gender identities.

Please contact me to talk more about your needs and see if my supportive and active approach will be a good fit for you.
