Therapy is different than talking to a friend. I’ll be an unbiased supporter and will tailor sessions to your individual needs and preferences. I use a supportive and active approach drawing from Psychodynamic, Insight-oriented Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Polyvagal Theory.
Every person is an expert on themselves but still has so much to discover. We can focus on developing skills to better cope with challenges, on increasing understanding of self and others, on understanding difficult emotions, and on identifying barriers to positive change and working through them. Together, we can get you closer to who you want to be.
